Sonic the Hedgehog speeds into Smack Studio!


Based on his playstyle from Super Smash Flash 2, with a creative twist inspired by Sonic Battle, this Sonic features smooth animations, custom sound/visual effects.

Features a Combo Animated Ultra that looks dope!

Features:


Fully custom sound effects and visual dust FX

Unique pummel attack

Custom parry and parried animations

A working (but slightly glitchy) Homing Attack

High mobility, outruns most of the cast with ease



Special Moves:


Neutral Special: Homing Attack
Sonic locks onto the nearest opponent and attacks, just like in SSF2 and the Sonic series.

!!!!!!! May be buggy in edge cases, but performs well overall.!!!!!!!!!!

No cooldown.

[Attack + Special]: Sonic Cracker:
Drop a stationary explosive from Sonic Battle. Explodes on contact. Limited to one active bomb.

Side Special: Boost

Sonic readies up before blasting away at supersonic speed! Uses ultra bar as boost bar

Up Special: Spring Jump
Summons a spring that launches Sonic upward, just like in SSF2, on ground the spring will stay and you can spring again jumping on it! (Buggy)

If used mid-air, the spring becomes a projectile, bouncing unpredictably on contact with surfaces.

Down Special: Spindash
Hold to charge, then launch forward with Sonic?s classic Spindash. You can steer left or right after launching, and cancel by pressing the jump button.
Used in the air, Sonic dives downward and bounces slightly on hit. Be careful: missing can lead to SDs!

[Attack during full charge + 50% Ultra Bar]: Sonic Wave:
Fires a strong wind projectile forward
