I bring you The Rex Motors Co. HQ!, requested by [TC Captain] vollov69


As is indicated in the first image, this creation needs to be spawned at the Bricksville central garage and ideally needs to be pinned before spawning.
It is however important to note that several features of the property (such as the security gates, flag and turntables) can move. So after spawning, you can simply press the 'U' key once to place the build into 'soft-pin' This will keep the building in place and reduce lag , but it will also allow these features to operate.

This is the biggest request I've had so far and has the most bricks! It took me a bit longer than I expected to get this done.

This build contains a large property which incorporates two buildings, a car park and a helipad. Along with several other details and props.

The main (Post-modern) building is primarily based on the Ford Motor Company Building located in Dearborn Michigan, and the secondary building inspired by several General Motors factories and dealerships from the early 20th century.

The main building contains a large open lobby with a reception and various seating areas. It also contains several display stands for vehicles, of which two rotate (Activated via wall switches).
An elevator, using a seat, allows you to travel to the building's top floor. This floor contains five key areas; The main lobby floor, which contains all the office cubicles, The Employee Break Room, The Accounting Department, The Conference Room and the CEO's office.

Another seat behind one of the stairwell doors allows you to also access the roof.

The interior lights for this building can be turned on using a switch located behind the reception desk in the ground-floor lobby.

Exterior lights, for both the buildings signs and streetlights, are turned on by pressing the Headlights key 'L' when sitting in the drivers seat.

The secondary building is currently out of use, as it is being refurbished. Hence the boxes and lack of ceiling lights.

"The Reigning King of Motorized Vehicles!"
In 1932, Rex Motors was formed by Charles Douglas Rex at the age of 39; During the 1940's & 50's Rexica/RM (Rex Motors) played a big part in WWII and the Korean War by making Tank Engine's & Track's for the United States Marines Corps (USMC) | During the 60's and the radical hippie movements about the Vietnam war; Rex Motor's outputted more van's in order to get a better cash flow. During the Early to Mid 70s the RMc started a friendly-rival-ship with the GFa (Grey Falcon Automotive.) Which lasted up into next decades.

At the near end of the 80s the RMc & GFa made a deal to where the RMc can use parts and chassis from their Models, the deal started in 1989, May 20th at 11:25 AM, EST (Eastern Standard Time) In 2001 due to the attacks in September, the RMc Stocks went down dramatically, In which almost caused the company to go bankrupt. In 2004, the RMc proposed to the GFa to have them re-new the Deal from 1989.
