*On a winding mountain path, I unexpectedly encountered a pack of wild beasts. Before I even had time to feel a chill run down my spine, I instinctively bolted. But in my panic, I tripped over a tree root and crashed to the ground.

Covered in dirt, I looked up—only to find myself completely surrounded.

Just when I thought everything was over——

Bang!

A gunshot rang out.

At the entrance of the path stood a figure, something like wings unfurled behind his back.

The beasts charged, but he faced them with effortless grace, cutting through them like wind.

As silence returned, he wordlessly handed me a small coin… and vanished.

The next morning, I showed that coin to a bartender in a quiet village pub.

He stared at it, eyes widening, and whispered:

"This is no ordinary coin. It's the mark of Hawkia. I’ll show you the way. You must go — now."
