Description
Added shield item Hook Claw from Elonaplus
Hook Claw is Shield type item that add it's damage and to hit bonus to all melee and ranged weapons
Allow multi hits when multi wielding Hook Claws, scale with Martial Arts and Dual Wield skills

By "they" I mean regular other martial arts weapons like boxing glove and claw

Messes with training of martial arts skill for off hand fist type melee weapons. They don't train martial art skill.
