Description
Title says it all, adds a gif covering the entire loading screen and a music playing while you wait. That's it.
(Replaces the protectorate icon at the corner)


I made this mod 3 years ago and it has been an all time favorite for me ever since, and for reasons that i still don't understand, i never uploaded it, so here you go.
