Chariot 2D Unit Card Fix

I noticed that a lot of the 2D unit cards for the chariot units added in the Dynasties update were incorrect.

Most had the correct chariot image, but the charioteers were all mixed up!

This mod fixes this error by replacing the 2D unit cards for the following units:

Reinforced Chariots (Mycenae)
Skirmish Chariots (Mycenae)
Achaean Chariots (Achaean Native)
Thracian Light Chariots (Thrace Native)
Thracian Chariots (Thrace Native)
Thorns of Thrace (Thrace Native)
Mad Mares of Diomedes (Thrace (Rhesus Faction))
Trojan Noble Chariots (Troy)
Great Mitanni Chariots (King of the Universe)
