I haven't had a chance to play with it much yet, but from my testing it seems kinda weird that your special's damage is dependent on whether the secondary is charged. It sorta nudges you towards not using your secondary at all, which doesn't feel great.
It'd be nice if the charge of primary/secondary was untethered from special (especially if special isn't going to consume it). I thought about other possible options, but when I remembered that some items can give charge/supercharge/omegacharge, I think it'd be best to just remove the interaction rather than making the best way of using your damage not to use your abilities.
Again, haven't had a ton of testing time with this, and in terms of skill level I'm good enough to beat (solo) hard consistently but haven't beat a full lunar solo run yet. Also, maybe the playstyle you're going for just isn't for me.
i need to play more maiden & spell
