Animated Devil Portraits- Reuploaded

Description
With the repair and Reupload of Silfae's Portrait Packs, it seems numerous other people wanted me to take a look at other old portrait packs, and try and fix them too. This was one of the packs I was able to repair, and for the first time in perhaps years you can now play with it again!

I am unsure who originally posted this mod, my contact stating that the OP deleted it some time ago, and that they were only able to retrieve the files from their own saves. This unfortunately means that I cannot give credit where credit is due.

As always, I am willing to take requests for further portrait reuploads. Please place any in the comments below, and let me know if you enjoy my work!

NOTICE:
Apparently someone else already reuploaded this. as this was a request, I did not know of nor take from the other mod in question. I will maintain this version for the sake of posterity but the older reupload seems more feature-complete. If you are the owner of this version and wish for my reupload to be taken down, please do tell me in either the comments or shoot me a friend request + DM and I shall do so ASAP.

Uncertain. as I said before this was made and released as a favor, and I had no knowledge of other reupload mods released before mine. I will add additional credits as well as a takedown clause, but for now maintain this for visibility

@epicgamer Just use "v3.14.*" in the descriptor file to solve the version issue.

Please note- as of 4/23/2025, Stellaris' latest patch number is too large to fit in the game version box. As such it will appear outdated in the launcher. Despite what it may say, this mod is still maintained and should still be functional.
