The fact that you cannot see this prompt is something you must have changed in your game settings as this is the default for everyone.
So extra settings are not needed!!!
I will take your advice about making puzzles like Café de la Paix, for future creations. I have not had any complaints from anyone else about it with 70 current subscribers. I apologise you were affected. I couldn't be happier with your interest in my workshop map!
One suggestion: If you build a level like Cafe de la Paix that may require extra settings other than the defaults, maybe you could post those requirements on a terminal at the beginning of the level so that dumb users (like me) don't waste their time banging their head against the wall needlessly.

I promise you It is possible, I can do it, other players can do it. It's supposed to be tricky.
I don't know if this helps; but I use the lock-on jump mechanic to jump, and as I am mid air I grab the box behind me and place it on top, all in one quick motion.
