USS Polaris - for Felin

Description
Per user request, a port of USS Polaris to Felin.

As always, already includes all the fixes and changes I've made to this ship (free to be used by any other Polaris ports), like the fixed front turret room and the symmetrised teleporter room.

I've made the long cat joke already, so RiP, humour is dead.
