Blue Wizard's draft

Description
So, this is a DRAFT. I know it works on my machine.

Some time ago I posted my idea of a way to incorporate the Blue Wizards to the LOTR mod in a forum. Since then I was studying the game files and finding out how easy they are to manipulate. I am still learning, of course.

This is a totally headcanon version of middle earth that fills in the gaps of the existing lotr mod, so all credits to them.

On the gameplay,I try to have ballance in mind as much as possible, but my fun was pryority, and I have a predillection to play as Saruman, so the pollitical setting is best fitted for an Isengard campaing. But almost all the main countries are in a more advanced stage than in the original mod, and many new political federations are present.

On the last matter, as I really enjoy playing with subjects, I simply abolished annexations. I see no point in them. To compensate this, I drastically reduced the number of tribal nations, so the subjects can develop and not be a burden.

I made Aragorn an ambitious anti hero and gave him Narya, as gandalf seems strangely absent from the verse. I also bind way more subjects to him, making the rangers of the north a fearsome boss.

Many traits are changed and some, as the ring traits, are probably game breaking. But I preffer the One Ring to be really epic, and also places as Minas Thirith and the Black Gate, so I redesigined most of them.

As I still dont got full grasp on how to make new traits to represent the Blue Wizards, I improvised by modifing the effects of some of the status traits of vanilla game, as status traits are absent of the lotr mod. So I am using blood of Antigonos to represent the "maiar of aule", witch contemplates both Sauron and Saruman, and blood of Aiakos is the "maiar of Oromë" distinctive trait of the blue wizards.
Hope to be able to rectify that, but I am just one man.

On the Blue Wizards, well

First there is pallando. He is a fanatic proponent of eastern animism, and have take direction of a misterious temple east of the sea of Rhun. He united other eastern nations under his banner and is threatening Mordor with his own expansionist agenda.

I got the idea when I realized how explendid is the Gazar Ibar region for turtling

Second, Alatar. He is a despondent tyrant who rules over the nation of Bellakar, a Black Numenorean naval powerhouse. In private he still worships Illuvatar, but he is very pessimistic on the future and got conformist.

That is it. I am open to criticism, suggestions, any feedback would be welcome, thank you from you time and for providing the tools that made this experiments possible,
