Description
Changes the faction type for the pillars of civilization mechanic for the following factions:
Nomadic Tribes:
-Sukkot
-Cimmerians
-Thrace
-Lullubi
-Shutrukid
-Sutu
-Sangarian Phrygia

Sea Peoples
- None yet

Regular Factions
- None Yet

the in-game encyclopedia page for the nomadic tribes mentions phrygians so I think I will put them into the nomadic tribes

Sangarian Phyrgia might also be a suitable candidate for Nomadic Tribes. Wish the game had a bit more versatility in the Pillars roles. Desert attrition doesn't mean much for Anatolia but still.
