PRL '81: RWGŁ-3 Tear Gas Grenade Launcher replaces Crossbow

This mod replaces the default HL2 Crossbow with The RWGŁ-3 Tear Gas Grenade Launcher.
Now, you might ask - Who in their right mind would use a Tear Gas Launcher, of all things, as a Sniper weapon?!. The answer is pretty simple - these things can pierce a human skull if you are not careful! And on a serious note, I really wanted to add that weapon to the game but wasn't initially sure what should it replace. But it works really nice in that role.

The reload animation is a bit janky. Apologies for that, I'm not what you'd call a Skilled Animator.

Credit goes to Josh Z. for giving me permission to edit their Original Mod. I only ported it, made the launcher and the grenade, as well as the reload animation.
