Remove Ruins

Description
Publishing because too many people asked for it

Actually ruins seems to be more or less fixed since winter update, but if you want all the fps - go ahead

Xml mod, overrides levels and safe to add to existing campaign

Doesn't remove ruins in Dynamic europa, if you want it do it yourself, i'm too lazy to maintain it

That's why i also removed all ruin missions from the game, how did you get it?

ruin missions crashes the game instantly.

А, я понял, пока сервер тянет 60 фпс разницы не видно, а вот дальше да
