Derpy Loading Spinner

Description
Remember that one .gif that has Derpy doing an endless loop? I managed to make it into a loading spinner!

I'm not completely sure how it works for other people so let me know if it doesn't spin after using it for a bit, I might be able to fix any issues.

You're probably aware of this but the white background is clearly visible. Any way you could remove that?
