1989-1997 Toyota 4Runner

Description
Piss poor quality Toyota 4Runner for B42, should also work on B41 but it hasn't been tested so use at your own risk!

I started this project like 3 years ago and then abandoned it, decided to finish it, so here it is, a 1989 to 1997 Toyota 4Runner, in terms of qaulity it falls somewhere near or below vanilla, no animations, nothing fancy, has 4 colors, Black, Blue, Red, and Green, the "rust" and "damage" textures look like they were made by a 3 month old, so if anyone wants to redo those or expand the color options, feel free!

Oh yeah, figured awhile ago, it's because of "versionMin=42.0.0" in mod info, makes the game think its for 42 only, deleting that fixes the issue.
