Description

General purpose HV that can be used as a Starter.
Made for RE2 but is completely Vanilla compatible.
Has plenty of room to be upgraded with Shield and boosters and many weapons.
CPU and M/V compliant.
Spawn Lvl 5

I made this as an homage to a HV that I used many times. I modified it may times to my likes. The biggest things I changed was I didnt care about the wheels and you couldn't use the Drone hatch.

Edit: I removed everything requiring Titanium. True Starter HV now.
