The 6th Division Liutenant of the Gotei 13 Renji Abarai. Based off the DS game Jump Ultimate Stars (JUS).
As seen in Bleach.

Neutral Special: Tornado Swing
Renji swings his sword around his body widly, knocking back any enemy.

Side Special: Whip
Renji whips Zabimaru forward. Covers a good range.

Up Special: Sword Spin
Renji spins his sword above his head to lift himself up.

Down Special: Ground Pillar
Renji sends Zabimaru out of the ground like a pillar.

Ultra(On Ground): Bankai
Renji unleashes his Bankai and sends Zabimaru forward.
