If u have trouble with body shape show
1- Search root game folder
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\
2- Delete "models_X" folder
3- Verify Game

Если у вас наблюдается ошибка с отображением тела:
1- Найти корневую папку игры
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\
2- Удалить папку "models_X"
3- Проверить игру на целостность в стиме
