Per the description on their fork, which this was built off of:

Kimi generaly provides these Minerals: Fe, Ni, Au, Mg and U.

The Ores that can be found are:
Pyrite = Au + Fe
Porphyry = Au
Dolomite = Mg
Uraniaurite = U + Au
Autunite = U
Uran = U


Qun generally provides these Minerals: Fe, Ni, Mg, Si, Co, Ag, Au, Pt and Ice

The Ores that can be found are:
Default Iron = Fe
Taenite = Fe + Ni
Akimotoite = Mg + Si
Wadsleyite = Mg + Si
Kamacite = Co + Fe + Ni
Cattierite = Co
Chlorargyrite = Ag + Ice
Electrum = Ag + Au
Porphyry = Au
Default Au = Au
Cooperite = Pt + Ni
Sperrylite = Pt
Nigglite = pt
Default Platinum = Pt
Default Ice = Ice
Quartz = Si + Ice
Olivine = Si + Mg + Ice


The deeper the Ores spots are the larger and Denser they get (in term of what you get out of a single element).
