The Pechenegs under Kurya

UA: Golden Crown of Svyatoslav - Tribute from City-States rewards additional Gold and Great General points. Upon demanding Tribute, receive Influence towards all other City-States you can demand Tribute from.

UU: Oq - Replaces the Landsknecht. Unlocked at Chivalry. Requires Horses. Mounted Ranged Unit with additional Movement. May move after Combat. +15% Combat Strength when starting their turn stacked with a Civilian Unit. Upon Purchase, allied City-States receive a free copy.

UU: Kangar - Replaces the Great General. Receives equal Movement when starting their turn stacked with a Mounted Unit. May be expended to Levy Units from allied City-States.
