Take on the role of a Huey door gunner in this action-packed single-player mission, designed for S.O.G. DLC. No multiplayer, just you and the M60, making a difference from above.

Motivation:
This mission was inspired by my experience with a game demo on Steam called Door Gunner. Honestly, the demo was a letdown, and I found myself wondering—could I do better? Could I create a more engaging, realistic, and cinematic door gunner experience in Arma 3? The answer, without a doubt, is yes. This mission is my attempt to bring that vision to life.

Briefing:
Step into the boots of a door gunner aboard a UH-1 Huey from the legendary 1st Cavalry Division. Your chopper has been called in to provide crucial air support for a Special Operations Group (S.O.G.) deep in enemy territory. Their mission: destroy two Viet Cong villages identified as key hostile positions.

As the Huey circles above the combat zones, your role is to wield the M60 machine gun and unleash devastating firepower. Eliminate as many VC forces as possible to weaken the targets and clear the way for ground troops to move in. Once the hot zones are suppressed, your chopper will return to base for rearmament and regrouping, preparing for the next sortie.
