Requirements:
2.25/s coal (+0.5 coal for combustion generator)
4.5/s each of lead & sand

Produces:
2.25/s pyratite

The sources and void blocks suggest input/output. Use bridges to transport items in the absence of titanium. You can use regular belts to transport lead and sand, but you'll be sacrificing 0.25 potential pyratite output. This is self powering, if you don't want it to be, remove the combustion generator underneath the bridge.
