Domain limit increase with 12 Stewardship

Description
One of two mods aiming to change the amount of stewardship required to gain more domain limit.
This is the 12 stewardship version.

Default Curve (6 per domain increase):
6,12,18,24,30,36,42,48,54,60,66,72,78,84,90,96 (16 domain limit increase)

I haven't played in a few weeks though, so unsure how the new difficult scaling affects the AI, but maybe that in itself is an answer for some of these issues, at which point mods like these become somewhat pointless.

If I feel that the difficulty settings don't quite address the issue, then I might just push out that mod and let other people test it. But that probably won't happen until the next DLC hits at this rate.

@Captain SSmolleTT I was working on a mod to try and solve this by halving domain limit of everyone (rather than working with the -3 limit that Paradox gives us). The issue I hit, is that I basically need to fire off an event for every single landed character in the game once a year (and even straggering it with builtins, it's still quite laggy).

It doesn't solve AI stupidity, but it means that AI isn't sitting there on 1 limit, despite sitting on up to 30 stewardship (depending on their rank). It's annoying for the player, acting as a delay before you start snowballing, but it's really crippling for the AI.

The problem with that is i think it just doesnt solve the problem. In fact, no matter how much you crank it until it's practically impossible to get A domain limit bonus from stewardship in normal gameplay, the player will always have an advantage, and stewardship will remain the most broken stat. If anything this harms the AIs who will not try to stack stewardship and will be left with +0-1 domain limit from it.

The mod is fine though.
