Description

* Everyone can fast fall in prat
* Jump and Djump speed are the same
* No Jumpsquat, Dashstart or Dashstop
* Wavedash_adj is the same no matter what
* Neutral airdodge makes you fall (Though it's kinda jank)
* Rolls and parries are faster
* No more parry stun
* Whifflag is gone
* Kept Walljumps, pretending they are the ledges
* Added Wavelaunching
* Added chargeable aerial
* Added ledge reversal
* Added Fishdrop (Fasting falling halting your vertical momentum when you go upwards initially)
* Can meteor cancel when spiked (181-359)
