Ok, just updated it again. For some reason game just refuses to respawn an invisible light entity required to make NPCs see with episodic darkness behavior. I have added multiple spawn frames, and this should now work through multiple map transitions, save reloading, death restart etc.
There's no way to change the color because it's hardcoded into engine's code. This just reenables dynamic fire glow from Episode 1 tunnels section. There's only an option to enable/disable it.
Resubscribe to addon and it should work then.
Just updated this addon. Now ally NPCs shouldn't be blind after map transitions. Hopefully no more NPC blindness issues.
Yeah, Alyx becomes blind on map transition. I'll try to fix it now.
