Patchouli, the witch of the library, comes to the fray!

Patchouli is an extremely projectile based fighter that floatyness of jigglypuff, but the speed of bowser. Since she lacks combos and has low health, she never wants to be close to the enemy, not letting them close the distance either

---------------SPECIALS---------------

Nspecial - Summer Flame (?): Patchouli uses her tome to shoot a fireball at the enemy. This fireball is angled downward when used in the air.

Uspecial - Spring Wind (?): A quick burst upwards that has a windbox at the start. This windbox doubles as a reflector

Fspecial - Every Angle Shot: Spawns in 5 differently angled wind/energy projectiles that can be held in position by holding special. She can even exit the holding animation by pressing shield, causing the projectile to stay still, but lets her do wtv (as long as special is held down)

Dspecial - Icicle Drop: Patchouli Summons an ice shard far above the battlefield, which will drop on the players head with in a couple seconds.

Usmash: A windbox that follows the trajectory of Patchouli's finger

Uair: A gust of wind that works similarly to megaman's (from smash) pushing foes upwards but **probably** cant kill

Solid design off the rip, but definitely super underpowered. She suffers a lot from over-centralized zoning tools, with her projectiles being really strong but lacking any kind of reward from landing them due to the rest of her kit being extremely weak overall. Just running away is fine as a neutral gameplan, but it can't be all the character does otherwise all it takes is any decent rushdown to instantly win.

Starting suggestions: buff her ground speed slightly, nerf fair and side-b somewhat, then buff the crap out of the rest of her tools. At the very least she needs at least one half-decent boxing option for close range, even if it's nothing amazing.
