I Poisoned the Water Supply

The water supply for a local powerplant. I poisoned it.
It's a symmetrical, relatively open map. It should work well with both small and large amounts of players.
There is a soft kill barrier in the water, hence the name of the map. Still, if your timing is good enough you can skip on the water surface and avoid submerging.
