Description
A midlife upgrade to Project 820

This upgrade adds much needed firepower and durability, enabling Project 850 to finally replace the aging P720 Frigate variants in the main medium combatant role.

This was also seen as the more cost-effective choice over the Project 860 Guided Missile variant that just wouldn't have been viable.
