Disable Witch Animation Delays

Removes the Witch's wandering scream, pre-maul, pre-retreat and falling animations by speeding them up a lot.

Now:
-The Wandering Witch won't stand still for a second to scream, she will be startled instantly.
-The Witch will maul her target instantly after downing them, instead of standing there, growling for about 2 seconds, being an easy target.
-The Witch will retreat instantly when she loses or kills her target, so she won't stay there for 2-3 seconds looking around.
-It skips the Witch's fall animation, so if she's made to fall by an explosion or headshot off a height, instead of sliding on the floor with the fall animation once reaching the bottom, she will stumble instantly, making her recover quickly.
