Better Stone for Anteros (ModAdjusterV2)

Implements Better Stone functionality for Anteros via ModAdjusterV2 patch. This method allows for better compatibility and for the planet to benefit from future updates, without the need for independent reuploads.

The original ore limitations have been retained, with the exception that trace amounts of gold can now be found very deep underground. Ores containing small amounts of ice can occasionally be found approximately 80 meters down. As Anteros already had some rather varied layers of ore, the start depths have mostly been left alone, save for the first tier of uranium being slightly further down. Most of the deposits have been made significantly larger to keep in line with the typical sizes in Better Stone, though some have purposely been kept small.
