Description
Run on version 1.16.2, load after EK2.

Patches EK2 to work with 1.16 and the Khans of the Steppe DLC, optional game rules for tributary, confederation, and Tribunal setups, Alinor nerf, and Ashlander nomads.

Was the "steal artefact" scheme disabled? It doesn't show up in any interaction
