Seeing the success of the Leo All-Region type the engineers at Terra Gearworks decided to roll out a successor Model know as the Leo R which is short for Leo Refit, the Leo R took the lessons learned from earlier models into it and improved upon them such as changing the legs to give it better stability at higher speed as the Leo all-region type and B-type where known to have stability issues at high speed and moving the programmable block from the head to the back between the rear legs to give it better protection.
The Leo R was designed from the beginning to be a planet only tactical armor as it would make it easier for users to refit their A and B-type into the new Leo R with ease.
