Grass Start

Description
I noticed that D11 did not include a grass starting plot... for some reason. So I took the liberty of doing their job for them. Have a grass plot.

Small map, 420k starting cash (lol), everything else is turned off. Feel free to change the settings as you wish.

Personally, I don't use the road at all, because it's a point of escape. I surround my prisons with water and use boat docks and helipads. I will say, the grass is a nice touch and looks clean when done properly. It's as if you had a lot of gardeners tidy it up.

@WilliamP98 every other grass map I found either had stuff on it or had 100m cash. This is an actual grass start for your prison. Enjoy!
