Portare II-class freighter

The Portare II-class (meaning To Carry in Latin) is a Roman medium-sized freight ship which can carry a large amount of cargo between systems. Fitted with three hyperdrives for excellent jump efficiency, the ship can quickly jump both across system and between them without needing a hyperium resupply. Five huge thrusters at the rear give it good speed while thick armour and point defence systems allow it to defend itself until it a patrol can arrive or until it reaches a space station. A huge amount of storage bays allow it to carry a station's worth of supplies great distances.
