Laser Defibrillator (Vscript)

This time, another phew-phew weapon, but it's for defib :D . Yeah, I know that there's also a defib weapon out there. This one is for Laser Weapon Series. I'm so sleepy today, so let's just skip some background stories for now.

1. Laser Defib User: Which type of survivor can use this feature (bots/ players/ all).
   
   
2. Laser Defib Damage: How much the damage per 0.2 second is. Minimum damage is 1, max is no limit.
   
   
3. Laser Defib Range: Range for the laser Defib. You can make it simply like a lightsaber in melee range, or a laser that even kill a tiny zombie from very far place.
   
   
4. Laser Defib Ammo: Ammo consumption on primary gun per 0.2 second when using Laser Defib. Min= 0 (no ammo consumption), max= no limit.
   
   
5. Laser Extra Effect When Hit: When enabled, the laser triggers a special effect when it hits a zombie. The value controls the type of effect.
   
   
6. Burning Laser: When enabled, the laser burns zombies.
   
   
7. Laser Color: This consists of 3 different numbers representing RGB colors. All 3 numbers must be filled in order to prevent unwanted bugs on the laser color, & the formats must be like the examples below. Examples:
   

   LaserColor= 255 0 0 (Red Laser).
   LaserColor= 255 255 0 (Yellow Laser).
   LaserColor= 255 50 0 (Orange Laser).
   LaserColor= 255 0 255 (Purple Laser)
   Etc...

• Make sure that you have a primary gun that still has at least 1 reserve ammo left.
  
  
• The laser shot is triggered when holding E (Use) with defib.
  
  
• When triggered, the laser is active as long as you hold E key.
  
  
• Primary reserve ammo will be consumed every 0.2 second when using Laser Defib. This is controlled by "Laser Defib Ammo" feature.
  
  
• Survivors are immune to this laser.
  
  
• Damage is based on "defib Laser Damage". The damage of this one is registered to the shooter.
  
  
• The laser damage is every 0.2 second, so in 1 second, the target takes damage 5 times.
  
  
• As common infected are also weak to laser aside from burn & explosion damage, they will die instantly when hit by laser even if it only deals 1 damage (hardcoded by L4D2).
  
  
• The laser can pierce through common infected. So, basically the laser shot is like a sniper bullet for defib.
  
  
• The laser can pierce through riot zombie's armor.
  
  
• The laser can be used during climbing a ladder.
  
  
• The laser can be used even when you're caught/ pinned by special infected.
  
  
• The laser can't pierce through objects/ special infected & tank, so the special infected or zombies behind the targeted special infected/ tank won't get hit by the laser.
  
  
• Objects (non-zombie) take damage continuously every 0.2 second when laser is active.
  
  
• As objects can take damage, this can also damage custom bosses/ enemies in custom campaigns.

& so Ellis is so happy that he gladly becomes heehaw cowboy with laser defib. It's time to phew-phew the zombies with laser gun :D .

• A possible secret feature: If you use minigun while holding defib, you'll have a laser minigun. The primary reserve ammo is still reduced if you set "Laser Defib Ammo" above 0"
