Filthy Rebels Reskin

One thing I've always had an issue with in retail HL2, is how the Combine Soldiers have a dirty variant of their textures, but the Rebels do not. This addon aims to fix that.

The Rebels are now flecked in dirt and grime and other substances after having fled from the ruins of City 17 after it's destruction, or from months fighting against the Combine on their lonesome. There's probably a little blood in there, too. Really they just look much grimier.

i think the reason why the rebels aren't dirty is simply because they were doing well despite how disorganized they were compared to combine who was organized and did't have such supply storage's everywhere

I wonder if you could have optional textures for Sabrean's Zombie mod?

could you do something similar with the combine? I know they have dirty textures, but I like how these ones are more grime than just generic dirt, more mud and blood and stuff, also for the metrocops and prison guards, since they don't have dirty textures.
