Serperior Species

Description
Adds Serperior from Pokemon as a playable race.

An incredibly lazy species, the Protectorate saw fit to include them for their combat skills.

Includes a bunch of body colours, marking colours, and eye colours.
Racial SAIL and flag, basic NPCs, and NPC dialogue.

To Include Later:
Outpost NPCS?
Special weapon?
Special crafting station for converting headgear to and from Serperior-friendly editions.

Patch Notes:
1.0.1
Fixed colour translations for boob/toe detail

1.0.1.1
Actually should be properly fixed colour translations for boob/toe detail. Yell at me on the page if it's not actually fixed.

1.0.2
Fixed NPCs suddenly dying when being talked with, and fixed dialogue noises not happening when talking to Serperior NPCs.

1.0.3
Fixed Male swim sprites not having the little leaf back thingy. Created an alternative for/fixed Floran headgear not fitting the Serperior's elongated faces, and fixed Guard NPCs not having the right kind of helmet.

1.0.3.1
Fixed dialogue killing Quest NPCs. I LOVE MISSING COMMAS!

1.0.3.2
Flag recipe added, despite flag existing since release. Good job, me.

1.0.4
Serperior NPCs now can show up as a bounty for Peacekeeper quests, and more dialogue was added to match this change.

1.1
Added new workstation - Serperior Fitting Station. Adjust hats to better fit the ill-planned headsprites of the Serperiors, or un-adjust them if you're sharing with friends! Only dungeon hats, hats that appear on NPCs, and Floran helmets are available to be adjusted. Serperior NPCs also now have fixed hats, so their eyes aren't half-covered.
Fixed recipes for Serperiors so Floran hats are available through the anvil and its upgrades again, and the Serperior versions are available through the new fitting station.
Fixed spinning wheel recipes for Serperiors to actually fit with what lore they're supposed to have (Human spinning wheel recipes).

1.1.1
Fixed recipes not showing in the Serperior Fitting Station.

1.2
Added new furniture! A couch, CRT TV, gaming console, pile of TV guides, and an entertainment set! All of these are tagged to make getting Serperior tenants easier.
The entertainment set, couch, and TV guides are craftable through the Wooden Workbench. The TV and console are craftable through the Industrial Workbench.
Fixed tenant beacon dialogue killing NPCs.

1.2.1
Fixed Serperior Guard tenants and Merchant tenants not being able to be summoned with the use of a colony deed. Fixed Serperior tenants not being part of the randomized pool.

Thanks again! These missing commas are going to be the death of me I swear

I should mention that basic interactions with npcs do not have instant death effect though as one of your previous fixes have already addressed that, but it's just a different part of the same code probably producing the issue

Uhh, another update for you, turns out that escort quests seem to be broken when this mod is installed (at least for me) as it instantly kills the npc after killing the last enemy surrounding them, and the same goes with npcs that are not story npcs that spawn to aid you in quests.
Believe it has to do with npc dialogue yet again in some capacity as typically Starbound's error fail-safe for npcs is to just immediately kill them

Okay, update, I've double-checked and can confirm that the current update has resolved the issue (which does include modded races like the Nuu or Lastree)!

Thanks for letting me know! Should be fixed. Yell at me if it's still murderizing NPCs

So, thought I'd let you know of a bug, when the mod's installed (alongside certain mods), it seems to have a tendency to instantly kill friendly novakids when the player has a basic interaction with them, yet doesn't do the same thing with the apex race.
Should mention that it doesn't require the player to play as said race for the bug to occur (can occur when playing as avian race for example).
Personally, I believe it has to do with the added npc dialogue in some capacity?

It crossed my mind once or twice, but I prefer this race with legs. Even some of the NPC dialogue (like two or three lines at best) makes mention of the legs. If someone wants to make a patch that gives the race a serpentine body, they are more than welcome to! I'll make an update to the mod description regarding edits/patches

Have you considered splicing in the lamia or siren tails so that the race can have a serpentine body?
