Easier Betabound Hammers and Axes

Description
Makes Betabound's hammers and axes behave like ArgleBargle's Easier Hammers and Axes and fixes the zero gravity hammer spin for both vanilla and betabound.

For balancing reasons; Betabound hammers and axes that fire projectiles when attacking will only do so when fully charged (hammers also need to hit the ground).
