@vajdani I wanted to make a clientside mod and normally implement my script into the game so that it does not interfere with the connection, it is difficult and I use better api because it allows you to connect your scripts through bext

Why does this need BetterAPI? This is completely doable without DLL mods. You can just make a tool and set it's "autoTool" property to true, which will make it so the tool always exists. After that, you can just put your already existing code into the tool's client_onUpdate or client_onFixedUpdate function.
