Requirements, PREFERRABLY IN THIS ORDER:
2.25/s graphite
280/s arkycite
40/s water
2.52/s thorium
7.56/s sand

Requires any amount of power input before phase can be created and the system can start up.

Before doing anything, make sure that the output pipe at the bottom for neoplasia runoff goes somewhere that will not spread. This means a 3 block radius of space from the air block at the end of the conduit line. Neoplasm is a corrupting, parasitic liquid which can DESTROY EVERYTHING if you do not take care of it the way it requires.

The more sand and thorium you provide, the faster the startup sequence is. Production notes are included in a message block underneath the leftmost water bridge. The beryllium sorter to the right of the neoplasia reactor is an off switched, started in the off position. ONLY ONCE the system has cyanogen should you switch it to neutral. This effectively turns on the reactors. The electric heater can be removed after the system receives consistent power from the reactors.
