Green Mode

Description
Replaces Greed Mode with Green Mode on the difficulty select.
Greedier is also replaced with Greenier, and most things Ultra Greed are now Ultra Green.
I don't know what versions this does and doesn't work on and I... don't want to test. LOL

apologies for the delay i got very distracted but ultra greed is now Ultra Green and a good handful of things in greed mode are now Green. its also Greenier Mode now

I think Greenier sounds much more stupid than Greener
