MW-Like Armor Plate Counter

Description
Requires [VManip] Warzone™ Armor Plates. No further action is needed. Might work with other versions of 'VManip-based' armor plates addons, not sure.

Console commands:
"mw_armorplate_empty" (0/1) - Allow displaying of the armor plate counter if you have no armor plates left;
"mw_armorplate_hud" (0/1) - Toggle displaying of the armor plate counter;
"mw_armorplate_text_alignment" (0-4) - Armor plate counter text alignment: 0 - original spacing; 1 - right; 2 - left; 3 - up; 4 - down;
"mw_armorplate_x_pos" (-100-10000) - Armor plate counter horizontal position;
"mw_armorplate_y_pos" (-100-10000) - Armor plate counter vertical position.
