Mid-Pressure Mars (ModAdjusterV2)

Adjusts the atmospheric pressure on Mars to 36%, allowing atmospheric thrusters to just barely function. Otherwise, settings are identical to those of Realistic Atmospheres. Load after (above) Realistic Atmospheres if you want to override it.

(On paper, atmospheric thrusters are supposed to function down to 30% pressure, but in my testing, 36% was the lowest at which I could get a response out of them.)

It should be noted that the pressure change disables the default drop-pod start on Mars. This is a built-in behavior of the drop-pods, and cannot be addressed on my end.
