Hi, normally it should work. You need to make sure Steam or the game has downloaded the files, and ensure the files are loaded properly.

sir, i subscribed but i cant see the wallpaper on the gear menu, is there something else to subs?

It's stupid, becouse you cant actually see texts. If it was darker and little blurred, it would be good.
