Transparent outpost underlays

Description
This mod simply makes the colored circles under outpost icons transparent, so you can have a clearer view of the map. Honestly, this must have been a toggleable feature in the graphic options of the game from the start.

Should be compatible with anything, also safe to activate mid-game.
