Better Stone for Helghan (ModAdjusterV2)

Implements Better Stone functionality for Helghan via ModAdjusterV2 patch. This method allows for better compatibility and for the planet to benefit from future updates, without the need for independent reuploads.

The original ore limitations have been observed, conserving the bias towards iron, the shallow, frequent deposits of uranium, and the low amounts of silicon. Most ores spawn twenty to thirty meters deeper, and generally range in volume from 5 to 15 meters. Relative to the vanilla planets in Better Stone, this version of Helghan is geared towards shallow, wide deposits of precious ore that can be quarried with ease but will quickly dry up.
