Description
This civ pack adds the Netherlands under Maurice of Orange, adds a completely reworked Holland under Floris V from my previous Holland mod, and reworks the vanilla Netherlands under William of Orange to focus more on the Dutch Revolt period (with the Polders going to Floris, while Maurice gets more of a Dutch Golden Age focus).

If you want more Dutch-ness, check out my Dutch Wonder Pack! Or my second Dutch Wonder Pack!

Netherlands under William of Orange
-(UA) Union of Utrecht: -3% Gold cost for purchasing and +3% strength for purchased units for each City-State ally, to a of max 18%.
-(UU) Sea Beggar: Starts with the Coastal Raider II and Supply promotions.
-(UU) Corporaalschap: Replaces the Musketman. Can move after being bought, starts with the City Plunder promotion, and gain gold from kills.

Netherlands under Maurice of Orange
- (UA) The Dutch Miracle: Promoting units grants Great Artist points depending on the level of promotion. Customs Houses add Great Work of Art slots to the nearest city when built (max 4).
- (UU) Schutterij: Replaces the Musketman. Stronger when in or adjacent to a city. When trained, gain XP based on the gold per turn of the city it was trained in.
- (UB) Wisselbank: Replaces the Bank. Has an extra Merchant Specialist slot. 20% Gold instead of 25%, but +5% for each filled great work of art slot in the city, up to 50%.

Holland under Floris V
- (UA) God Of The Peasants: Gain +10% food in cities connected to the capital. Cities settled along rivers or on/adjacent to marshes produce buildings 10% faster.
- (UI) Polder: Unlocked at Guilds. +3 food from Flood Plains and Marshes. +1 Production and +2 Gold after researching Economics.
- (UU) Order of the Shell: Replaces the Knight. When trained, gain XP from tiles worked by the city it was trained in. Starts with the Amphibious promotion.

Credits:
Orange (me): All the code, any art not listed below
Darth: Floris LS, all civ icons, all UU alphas besides the new Sea Beggar one, half the Shell Knight icon
Fran: Holland map
Sas: Maurice LS
Music: Floris V by Marc Winter, Winter Woede by Heidevolk, Het Wilhelmus, from Wikipedia (from United States Navy Band), Merck Toch Hoe Sterck, from Christelijk Kamper Mannenkoor "Door Eendracht Verbonden" o.l.v. Klaas Jan Mulder

This mod is incompatible with my previous Holland mod, as it is intended to be a complete rework and update for a design I was unhappy about, the original mod will be left up but like, use this one instead.

I'm so FLOR-ed. IS this the pinnacle of modding? i want MAUR mods that are like this - as cool as ICE! Double dutch, in-line skate, and rock-climbing!

@Roellie Safari, Most of the Dutch civs are various colonial ones but there is the Anglo-Dutch and my Frisia, though I do know of plans for some other proper Dutch civs, who knows if they'll get made though. Also some friends mentioned some other things that could be wonders so maybe they'll be a second wonder pack at some point too.
