Thank you. In Move Craft, after selecting a move as the starting base, you'll see an Animation Library on the left with a "+" button. Click the "+" button, and three columns will appear: AS, AE, and LM.

Click on AE for the defender and scroll down to 5 Dizzy-Short.

Also, make sure that in the last frame regardless of which direction the dizzy individual is facing you click L or R, depending on the direction they are facing (it's the third option from the bottom in the animation frame list).

Hope that makes sense it's hard to explain without pictures.
