Themed Transformation Resprites

This is a resprite mod that makes all items that contribute to a transformation have a themed, translucent effect. I didn't do this for certain transformations, in order to avoid respriting every single book and baby familiar. Since this is only a resprite mod, it will not be compatible with transformation items added in other mods.

A poisonous, green cloud rises from items

Items are surrounded by a red mushroom-cloud of spores

Guppy's soul haunts items with a cursed, purple flame
